juz woke up and was in the mood to make a meal today. went to the kitchen to check out if mom has any ingredients for me to whip up a lunch. been a long long time since i last cooked an elaborate meal other than the tuna spaghetti i did for maeve before i left for the airport for my aussie trip. after ransacking the fridge, i decided to cook some japanese curry, with the chicken meat freshly deboned from the thighs, added some prawns as well *YES! THERE ARE PRAWNS LEFT IN THE FRIDGE!*, miso soup and jap rice with some jap seasoning and seaweed piled on top. not bad for a quick lunch. and surprising i did it only in less than 45 mins! haha. but anyway the curry was easy to cook. even charles can do that. after that, still have some time to laze around before going to sean's house warming tonite. many people will be there. partly for his long awaited house warming, partly for kitty's farewell. but alas! kitty is sick and unable to go. am so disappointed. even sam and wenliang will be going tonite. think we are going to bring down his house tonite. with roi and sam around, plus all the alcohol those mad guys are bringing, tonite will be another crazy nite. hehe.
